What I collect

When you use the contact form, I receive your name, company, work email and anything you write in the message box. The site doesn’t use analytics or advertising cookies.

Why I collect it

To reply to your inquiry and, only if you ask for one, to send you a data buyer’s application link. I don’t add you to a newsletter and I don’t sell your details.

Who else handles it

• The email service that delivers form messages (Resend) and the company that hosts this site (Vercel) process your details on my behalf, and may store them outside Canada, including in the United States.
• I don’t pass your details to a buyer. If you decide to go ahead, you apply to the buyer yourself.

How long I keep it

If we don’t end up working together, I delete your inquiry within 12 months of our last exchange.

Your choices

You can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Send a request through the contact form or reply to any email from me. I handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
